The first high school position player selected in the 2013 Draft, Frazier went to the Indians with the fifth overall pick and received a franchise-record $3.5 million signing bonus. He led the high Class A Carolina League in hits (143), doubles (36) and total bases (233) in 2015 and continued to perform well in Double-A this year, earning a trip to the SiriusXM All-Star Futures Game. Cleveland made the difficult decision to part with Frazier at the end of July, using him as the centerpiece of a trade to acquire Andrew Miller from the Yankees.
